Pavel Královec promoted to Elite

While Germany's Florian Meyer has to leave the highest group of UEFA refereeing, Czech Pavel Královec has been promoted to Elite Group.

German Deniz Aytekin, Croatia's Ivan Bebek, French official Antony Gautier and finally Romania's Ovidiu Hategan have been promoted to ED. These promotions are the first movements within UEFA's referee category system so far, others will probably follow.

Tony Chapron of France and Polish official Marcin Borski have been demoted from ED to First Group.
