Welch Named NWC Offensive Player of the Week

Junior quarterback Keith Welch was named the Northwest Conference Offensive Player of the Week following the Lewis & Clark football team's 55-42 win over Puget Sound.
Against the Loggers, Welch threw four touchdowns, while running in three on his own. His 325 yards passing is the most for the Pioneer QB this season.
Welch is currently ranked fourth in points responsible for, 17th in scoring, 18th in the nation in total offense, 36th in passing efficiency, and 39th in passing.
