When I received an official UEFA Referee Observation report, it showed that our work has been perhaps a bit superficial so far.
I have created a new match report document based on the criteria applied in the official reports. What is still missing is the line-up page with cards and goals.
The report should only be the basis for our observations in UEFA CL K.O. stage and the UEFA EL Final. The goal is to ensure a more detailed overview about the performance of each official with regard to the upcoming EURO 2012. It can be very useful to have impressions on all the assistant referees as well that are possible candidates for Ukraine/Poland 2012.
I am going to send the word-document to every CL observer, the pdf can be already seen HERE (I have taken Leverkusen-Barcelona as example, the appointments are probably not that real..).
(don't worry, it looks like being more than it really is..)
If you have also aspects that could be added or if you find mistakes, let me know. If there are any complaints concerning the criteria which I have included in the model, pls write a mail to UEFA, they are responsible for that ;)
